Career Counselor

You will be working from the office in Gurgaon and should have at least 6 months of experience in EdTech Sales. Your main responsibilities will include conducting tele-counselling sessions to assist participants in deciding on executive courses, customizing counselling sessions based on candidate profiles, and effectively communicating the advantages of enrolling in our courses. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred, have a strong interest in engaging with participants to understand their educational needs, possess excellent English language skills, and exhibit strong problem-solving abilities. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring you to work from the office from the beginning. The work week consists of 5 days with rotational week offs, and the working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Prior experience in academic counseling for at least 1 year is necessary, along with fluency in English.
