As a Career Counselor/Senior Career Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding high school students towards securing admissions in top universities worldwide. Your primary responsibilities will involve motivating students to define and develop their career plans, conducting Psychometric Tests, and assisting students and parents in interpreting the test results. Additionally, you will be counseling students and parents on current career trends, researching university admissions news, and creating informative content such as whitepapers. Your role will also include aiding students in researching and shortlisting universities based on their preferences, aptitude, budget, and test scores. You will guide students in reflecting on their experiences, brainstorming ideas for essays, and creating various types of content like videos, plagiarism-free SOPs, and resumes tailored to meet university requirements. Moreover, you will actively participate in business development activities as assigned by the management, including producing engaging blogs, vlogs, and articles for students and parents. Your involvement in events, career fairs, and other initiatives organized by the management will be crucial to your role. You are expected to handle any additional responsibilities delegated by the management with efficiency and dedication.
