Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Career Counselor to join our Noida office. The ideal candidate will specialize in guiding students toward higher education opportunities in the UK, helping them choose the right courses and universities based on their academic background, career goals, and personal interests. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents on UK education options, including universities, courses, and career outcomes. Analyze student profiles and recommend suitable UK institutions based on eligibility and preferences. Provide up-to-date information on UK admission criteria, application timelines, and visa processes. Assist students throughout the UK admission journey—from profile building and SOP guidance to final visa application. Maintain proper documentation of counseling sessions and student progress. Conduct or participate in seminars, webinars, and education fairs focused on UK education. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and convert leads for UK study programs. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in career counseling or UK-focused overseas education consultancy. Familiarity with UK university systems, UCAS applications, and student visa regulations. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to build rapport with students and understand their academic and career aspirations.
