Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling and development services to students. Day-to-day tasks include guiding students in career management, conducting individual and group counseling sessions, providing resources and support for career exploration and decision-making, and helping students develop successful career paths. The role also involves maintaining documentation and collaborating with educational staff to support student success.

Qualifications

• Skills in Career Counseling and Career Development
• Experience in Career Management and Student Counseling
• Effective Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field
• Experience in an educational environment is beneficial
