Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Career Counselor, located in Kochi, with some work-from-home acceptable. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling and guidance to students, developing and managing career plans, and assisting with career development strategies. The role involves conducting individual and group counseling sessions, communicating effectively with students, and helping them achieve their career goals.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
• Student Counseling and Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in educational or career counseling is a plus
