Role & responsibilities Telecalling: Engage with potential students over the phone to provide information about our courses and services. Career Counseling: Guide students in making informed decisions about their career paths and development. Lead Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads and follow-ups. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed enrollment targets by converting leads into admissions. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students to improve our services and offerings. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in any field. 1-5 years of experience in telecalling or career counselling. Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
