Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions covering all major aspects of digital marketing:
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Search Engine Marketing (SEM Google Ads)
    • Social Media Marketing (SMM)
    • Content Marketing
    • Email Marketing
    • Affiliate and Influencer Marketing
    • Web and Campaign Analytics
  • Deliver specialized modules on advanced AI-integrated digital marketing techniques, including:
    • AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper AI)
    • Predictive analytics and customer behavior analysis
    • AI-driven ad targeting and automation tools
    • Marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, and others
  • Create and update training materials, real-time assignments, and case studies.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide detailed feedback and guidance.
  • Conduct mock interviews, placement preparation, and personal mentoring sessions.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and AI developments.
  • Support the placement team in identifying skill gaps and preparing students accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Strong domain expertise in digital marketing with proven work experience in running performance-driven campaigns.

  • Proficiency in key tools and platforms such as:

  • Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, GTM

  • SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest

  • Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Studio

  • Canva, Figma (for creatives)

  • Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns

  • WordPress (basic to intermediate)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Passion for mentoring, teaching, and guiding learners.

  • Industry certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot) are an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or training roles.
  • Strong practical knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Proven experience with AI tools and automation platforms used in marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and upskilling young professionals.
