This role also involves conducting workshops, webinars and collaborating with educational institutions and stakeholders. Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are crucial, along with the ability to work independently and remotely. Key Responsibilities: Conduct career assessments and interpret results for students and professionals. Provide one-on-one career counselling sessions. Develop personalized career plans and guide clients in setting career goals. Stay updated with industry trends and job market demands. Organize and conduct career workshops and webinars. Collaborate with educational institutions and other stakeholders. Key Requirements: Bachelors or masters degree in psychology, or related fields. Experience: 2+ Years in the related field. Certified Career Counsellor preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in career counselling or related fields. Ability to work independently and remotely. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent in PPT/Excel/Proposal/Microsoft Office expertise. Strong and Active Personality.
