Key Responsibilities: Conduct career assessments and interpret results for students and professionals. Provide one-on-one career counselling sessions. Develop personalized career plans and guide clients in setting career goals. Stay updated with industry trends and job market demands. Organize and conduct career workshops and webinars. Collaborate with educational institutions and other stakeholders. Key Requirements: Bachelors or masters degree in psychology, or related fields. Experience: 2+ Years in the related field. Certified Career Counsellor preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in career counselling or related fields. Ability to work independently and remotely. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent in PPT/Excel/Proposal/Microsoft Office expertise. Strong and Active Personality. Position: Relationship Associate Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Associates to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic partnerships and expanding our reach within the education and career guidance sectors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partnerships. Develop and implement strategies to engage with School, Institutes targeting students from 9th to 12th grade and corporates. 2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including educational institutions, corporates, and potential partners. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new partnerships and business deals. 3. Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for Aimshalas services. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals. 4. Collaborate with Seminar Teams/ Internal Teams: Conduct Seminars and oversee overall execution. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for business development activities. Provide feedback and insights to help refine Aimshalas offerings and strategies. 5. Monitor and Report Performance: Track and analyse business development activities and outcomes. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management. Key Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Strong research skills and the ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and marketing strategies are essential Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent in PPT/Excel/Proposal/Microsoft Office expertise.
