About the role:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drives business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow them
• Drive B2C sales by counselling new leads and converting them into customers
• Achieving exceptional conversion on in-coming leads from marketing
• Focus on existing large accounts and expand them with a focus on recurring revenue stream
• Achievement of key metrics of conversion and revenue consistently
• Work very closely with the team for lead development and customer success
• Leverage sales tools available to drive efficiency
• Strong phone and interpersonal skills
• High energy level
• fast-paced personality
• Motivated by goal attainment and performance measurement
• Must be tech-savvy.
• Able to articulate and evangelize the value of hybrid cloud IT solutions in the current market.

Requirements:

Must Have:

• 2+ Years of experience in B2C EdTech sales and education industry with good knowledge of current Cloud Trends.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required a technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.
• Good communication, written and negotiation skills
• Knowledge about using Excel and PowerPoint to build reports and charts.
• Proven experience in B2C Sales; selling preferably in a Technology Company or a SaaS product company
