Job Description

As a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate, your role will be crucial in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth in the Indore region. Your strong background in sales, preferably within the education technology (EdTech) industry, and familiarity with GRE/GMAT/SAT examinations will be valuable assets in achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base, focusing on the EdTech sector with a specialization in GRE/GMAT test preparation. - Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the industry, build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions and product demonstrations. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities. Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize performance and maximize sales efficiency. - Stay updated with company products/services, their benefits, and effectively communicate them to prospects. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. - Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving sales objectives. Share market feedback and insights with internal teams to enhance product/service offerings. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or Business Development Associate, preferably in the EdTech industry. - Strong understanding of GRE/GMAT examinations and their market dynamics. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey value propositions. - Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Education or Sales Management are a plus. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities. The company is located in Hazratganj, Lucknow, and the working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.,
