Role Description

The Career Advisor will be responsible for guiding job seekers throughout the recruitment process, understanding their career goals, and connecting them with suitable opportunities. Daily responsibilities include interacting with candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining relationships, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and clients.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a people-oriented approach, and a passion for helping others succeed in their careers.

Qualifications

• Skills in Career Advisor, Lead Generation, and Account Management
• Strong Communication and Business acumen
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in Sales or a similar role
• Ability to work the night shift
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
