Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Career Advisor position based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Career Advisor will be responsible for supporting candidates in their job search journey through personalized career counseling, developing job placement strategies, and offering guidance to enhance employability. Responsibilities include identifying suitable opportunities, connecting candidates with employers, conducting resume reviews, offering interview tips, and advising on professional development. Collaboration with employers and industry partners to develop tailored solutions is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling, guidance, and career advisory skills
• Proficiency in identifying job opportunities and conducting effective job placement strategies
• Experience in resume writing, interview preparation, and professional development coaching
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with candidates, employers, and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of hiring trends and recruitment practices in various industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in the recruitment or career consultancy field is advantageous
