• Assess student applications received from B2B partners and check eligibility.
• Use your experience in Australia study visas & admissions to guide partners effectively.• Coordinate with partners for documentation, verification, and preparing complete application files.• Assist partners with queries related to admissions, requirements, SOP/GTE, and university processes.• Explain entry criteria for Australian universities to ensure smooth filing and compliance.• Prepare and submit applicant reports to international universities on time.• Maintain strong communication with partners, students, parents, and universities.• Track deadlines, GTE requirements, and admission updates across Australian institutions.• Follow up proactively with universities and partners on application status.
• Minimum 2 years experience in study abroad counseling, student visas, or application processing (Australia preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.• Strong analytical ability to evaluate student profiles and documentation.• Relationship-building skills and prior experience handling B2B accounts is an added advantage.• Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping students succeed.
