Career Advisor – Night Shift (Recruitment Services)

• Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad

• Shift: 7 PM – 4 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and career-oriented Career Advisor to join our growing Recruitment Services team. In this role, you will guide job seekers through their career journey, understand their strengths, and connect them with the right opportunities. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping people, and excel in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career goals
• Guide candidates with job opportunities aligned to their profile
• Conduct screening calls and preliminary interviews
• Maintain detailed candidate records in the CRM
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a great experience throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate with the recruitment team for job-matching activities
• Provide career advice, resume suggestions, and interview preparation support
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Comfortable working in a night shift (US/International market exposure preferred)
• Prior experience in recruitment, counseling, or sales is an advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
