Card Enrollment & Onboarding Assistant

• Assist customers with credit card enrollment, eligibility checks, and application filling during field, branch, or kiosk interactions.
• Collect and verify KYC, income proofs & supporting documents to ensure complete and accurate onboarding files.
• Coordinate with verification, underwriting & operations teams to track application status and reduce approval delays.
• Maintain daily application tracker / MIS for logged-in, approved, rejected & pending cases and share updates with the sales team.
• Follow up with customers to resolve missing documents, discrepancies & tele-verification issues to improve conversion.
• Provide product guidance, benefit explanations & usage instructions to ensure positive onboarding experience and activation readiness.
• Support post-approval card activation, including welcome calls, limit awareness & usage encouragement in the first month.
• Ensure regulatory & compliance adherence in documentation, signatures, and application handling.
• Assist in in-branch / corporate desk / kiosk enrollment drives to generate footfall and increase sourcing volume.
• Achieve monthly onboarding & activation targets with high documentation accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
