Key Responsibilities: Provide expert support and management for Carbon Black security products . Deliver training and mentorship to customers independently via virtual platforms (Webex). Monitor security alerts, analyze threats, and respond to incidents to ensure robust endpoint protection. Contribute to the deployment, management, and optimization of Carbon Black solutions. Demonstrate excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations. Exhibit strong time management, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail. Required Qualifications: Education: Any Graduate. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with all Carbon Black products. Technical Skills: Deeper knowledge with at least one Carbon Black product; certification in the product(s) of expertise is highly valued. Soft Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer handling skills; adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated, and a team player.
