Job Description

Locations - Nuvem, Panjim, Ponda, Margaon

Customer Interaction and Sales:Engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the car selection process.

Product Knowledge:Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to effectively address customer queries.

Sales Closing:Negotiating prices, handling objections, and completing sales transactions, including paperwork and financing arrangements.

Relationship Management:Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Lead Generation and Follow-up:Identifying and pursuing potential leads, following up with inquiries, and converting leads into sales.

Showroom Management:Ensuring the showroom is well-maintained, vehicles are presented attractively, and promotional materials are up-to-date.

Team Collaboration:Working closely with sales managers, finance teams, and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.

Meeting Sales Targets:Achieving individual and team sales goals, contributing to the overall revenue generation of the dealership.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales and Negotiation Skills:Proven ability to close deals, handle objections, and negotiate effectively.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge:In-depth understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and competitive models.
  • Customer Service Skills:Ability to provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and address customer concerns.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:Ability to identify and resolve issues, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Mathematical and Analytical Skills:Proficiency in basic math for calculations related to pricing, financing, and sales analysis.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills:Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration:Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Positive Attitude and Professionalism:Maintaining a positive attitude, presenting a professional image, and representing the dealership effectively.
  • Valid Driver's License:Required for test drives and demonstrating vehicles to customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
