Job Summary:

The Steward is responsible for providing courteous and efficient food & beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience and maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and escort them to their tables
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve food and beverages as per service standards
  • Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene
  • Clear tables and reset them promptly
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service
  • Follow SOPs, grooming, and hygiene standards
  • Handle guest requests politely and professionally
  • Support senior staff during peak hours

Skills & Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in F&B service
  • Good communication and basic English/Hindi skills
  • Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude
  • Ability to work in shifts and under pressure

Qualification:

  • Minimum 10th / 12th pass
  • Hotel Management diploma is an advantage

Job Summary:

The Captain supervises service operations during shifts, ensures guest satisfaction, and leads the stewarding team to deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise stewards and allocate service stations
  • Ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
  • Take charge of guest handling and complaint resolution
  • Conduct shift briefings and staff coordination
  • Ensure SOPs, hygiene, and grooming standards are followed
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar for order accuracy
  • Upsell menu items and ensure service efficiency
  • Support RM/ARM in daily operations

Skills & Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in F&B service, with leadership exposure
  • Strong communication and guest-handling skills
  • Team management and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of menu, service styles, and POS systems

Qualification:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
