Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain Waiter, located in Pune. The Captain Waiter will be responsible for overseeing dining operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing food and beverage orders, and coordinating with kitchen staff. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and seating guests, taking and serving orders, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a superior dining experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service management
• Basic Cooking knowledge is beneficial
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
