Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain Waiter at Pop Tates Restaurant in Mumbai. The Captain Waiter will be responsible for overseeing the dining area, ensuring exceptional customer service, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and managing guest reservations. Duties include greeting and seating guests, taking and serving orders, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. The Captain Waiter will also assist in training and supervising junior staff.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
• Cooking skills are a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
