Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain Waiter located in Chandigarh, India. The Captain Waiter will be responsible for overseeing the dining room service, managing table reservations, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. The role also involves training and supervising waitstaff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
Knowledge in Cooking is a plus
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred
