Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain Waiter, located in Mumbai. The Captain Waiter will be responsible for overseeing the dining area, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage service, and coordinating with kitchen staff. Additional tasks include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and resolving any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Food & Beverage and Food Service skills Knowledge of cooking is beneficial Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work well in a team and under pressure Previous experience in a similar role is preferred High school diploma or equivalent
