CAPTAIN - RESTAURANT

• Guest Service & Satisfaction:
• Greets guests warmly and ensures they are promptly seated and served.
• Handles guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, resolving issues efficiently.
• Monitors guest satisfaction and takes steps to improve the dining experience.
• Operations Management:
• Manages table reservations and seating arrangements.
• Oversees and monitors service standards, ensuring timely and accurate food and beverage service.
• Coordinates with the kitchen to ensure food orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Maintains a clean and organized dining area.
• Assists with inventory control and stock management.
• Staff Supervision & Training:
• Supervises and trains waitstaff, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent service.
• May be involved in recruiting and onboarding new staff members.
• Ensures staff adherence to service standards and company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
