Captain- F&B Service

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Captain- F&B Service located in Mumbai. The Captain will oversee daily operations in the food and beverage department, ensuring high-quality service standards are maintained. Responsibilities include leading and training team members, assisting in guest interactions to deliver excellent dining experiences, managing table setup and cleanliness, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires efficient problem-solving and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and standards
• Team leadership skills, including training, guiding, and mentoring staff
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to address guest needs effectively
• Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain operational workflows
• Familiarity with safety protocols and hygiene standards in an F&B setting
• Relevant previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry
• A diploma or certification in hospitality management is a plus
• Proficiency in basic computer and POS systems is beneficial
