Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate, located in Kolkata. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel. Daily tasks include cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas, handling laundry duties, and ensuring that all cleaning supplies are adequately stocked. The Housekeeping Associate may also be required to offer customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping. They will ensure adherence to company standards and policies, maintain a safe and sanitary environment, and may assist in the training of new housekeeping staff. Qualifications Experience in Laundry and general housekeeping duties Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Excellent Organization Skills Ability to undertake Training and instruct new housekeeping staff Attention to detail and ability to work independently High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
