"Track the progress of purchase orders from issuance to delivery. Regularly follow up with suppliers to obtain status updates on deliveries. Prepare expediting reports, check and comment Vendor Progress reports. Update internal stakeholders on order status and any potential delays. Keep ERP duly updated timely and with necessary details. Ensure suppliers adhere to agreed delivery schedules. Identify potential delays and work proactively with suppliers to mitigate these issues. Develop and implement expediting plans to meet project timelines. Act promptly to resolve issues that could cause delays, such as production or logistics problems of the supply Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to find alternative solutions to keep the project on track. Escalate critical issues to the Capital Project Expediting Coordinator first and Procurement CInvestment project management and control capabilities related to grid assets to enable the energy transition (e.g. transmission interconnections)." What are we looking for? "Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is a plus, or High School Diploma in Technical and Scientific Disciplines as minimum requirement. Preferential experience in expediting or supply chain management, preferably within the engineering, technology, or energy sectors. Understanding of procurement and logistics processes. Experience with supply chain management software and tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Escalate promptly any issues on inspection results to the client and manage follow up Prepare and distribute regular reports on the status of orders and deliveries to management and other stakeholders. Ensure all documentation is compliant with project requirements and company policieschecking it with relevant disciple owner/specialist. Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and logistics to ensure that project needs are met. Provide regular updates on delivery status and any issues that may impact the project timeline. Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on expediting activities."
