Skill required: IX Intelligent Capital Project Operations - Low Carbon Grid Capital Projects Designation: Capital Projects Analyst Qualifications: Any Graduation Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years What would you do? "Assist in developing detailed project plans and schedules. Support the creation and maintenance of project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). Track task assignments, durations, and dependencies. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and risk registers. Ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with industry standards. Assist in monitoring and managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Track resource availability and usage. Monitor project progress against the plan and report deviations. Assist in preparing regular status updates for project teams and stakeholders. Help identify potential project risks and issues. Assist in developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Facilitate effective Investment project management and control capabilities related to grid assets to enable the energy transition (e.g. transmission interconnections)." What are we looking for? "Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 0 to 2 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management, preferably within the engineering or construction sectors. Knowledge of management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar. Understanding of project management methodologies. Organizational and time management skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify project risks and issues Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in project planning and execution. Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for project reporting and documentation. Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus. Willingness to travel as required to project sites, and client locations.
