Role: Graduate Trainee / Associate Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh technical graduates (2025 passouts) looking to build a strong foundation in IT while working with one of the world’s leading technology companies.

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Must be a Technical Graduate (B.Tech / B.E / BSc IT / BCA / MCA)

✔ 2025 pass-outs only

✔ Female candidates only

✔ Must be from North India or willing to relocate to Gurugram immediately

✔ Strong conceptual understanding of Java or Python

✔ Excellent communication and learning ability

Key Responsibilities

• Work on live projects under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Participate in training programs related to the assigned technology.
• Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging applications.
• Support development and automation tasks using Java/Python frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Document development processes, architecture, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (OOPS, Data Structures, Algorithms).
• Basic understanding of databases, SDLC, and software testing concepts.
• Ability to adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Good analytical and problem-solving approach.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow.

Salary & Benefits

Compensation: ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 LPA
