Key Responsibilities Graphic Design (Canva) Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for posts, ads, brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns. Develop creative assets for different formats and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Content Creation Write engaging captions, blogs, and social media copy tailored to each platform. Assist in creating educational and promotional content for both digital and print use. Reels & Video Content Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality reels and short-form videos aligned with the brand’s voice and current trends. Social Media Management Handle daily posting and scheduling across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and grow online communities. Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and provide optimization suggestions. Job Postings & Recruitment Support Post and manage job openings on platforms such as Indeed, Updazz, Internshala, etc. Monitor incoming applications, screen candidates, and coordinate with HR or management for follow-ups. Requirements Proven experience in Canva and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Canva Video). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and scheduling tools. Familiarity with job portals and recruitment posting processes. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, or email marketing is an added advantage.
