Campus Operations Manager- Shillong

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth end-to-end campus operations across multiple functions
• Manage day-to-day operational workflows with a strong process orientation
• Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Address and resolve stakeholder issues in a timely manner
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with defined university policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and manage accurate data records using Excel and ERP systems
• Support planning and execution of operational processes and improvement

• Sound understanding of academic operations, administration, and compliance requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues swiftly
• Basic knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP tools for data management

The Successful Applicant:

• Holds 4–7 years of experience in campus operations, academic administration, or education management roles.
• Prior experience working in a university or higher education environment is strongly preferred.
• Has a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Hotel Management (preferred).
• Brings a service-first mindset with a high sense of accountability
• Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven academic environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
