Job Description

You are responsible for overseeing offshore camp operations, managing catering, housekeeping, and accommodation services for up to 200 personnel onboard while ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and crew welfare. - Supervise and coordinate catering and housekeeping teams - Ensure timely and hygienic preparation of meals and snacks for 100 pax - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across living and dining areas - Manage inventory of provisions, cleaning supplies, and equipment - Ensure compliance with maritime health and safety regulations - Liaise with offshore management for crew welfare and logistics - Handle crew feedback and resolve service-related issues Qualifications Required: - Indian CDC Mandatory - Valid Passport Mandatory - Medically Fit to work onboard ships (Medical certificate required) - Minimum 3 years offshore experience in a similar role - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Ability to manage multicultural teams and work under pressure The company provides accommodation and meals onboard, and the rotation schedule will be as per project requirements. Project locations include Indian waters and international offshore sites. Immediate joining is available or as per availability.
