We’re looking for a smart & experienced Team Leader to manage E-Commerce, Telecalling, Lead Generation, and other ongoing campaigns.
✅ Your Role:
• Lead and support multiple campaign teams
• Track performance and ensure targets are met
• Train, mentor & monitor team members
• Coordinate with internal departments & clients
• Report daily progress to management
👤 Requirements:
• 1–3 years of team handling experience (BPO/E-Com/Marketing preferred)
• Strong leadership, Excel & communication skills
• Multitasking & problem-solving mindset
