Role Overview: As a Campaign Manager for a media-tech company specializing in influencer marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end management of influencer marketing campaigns. Your role will involve tasks such as creator identification, campaign planning, execution, and reporting. Strong project management, analytical, communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-border clients remotely are essential for this position. This is a new role as part of a strategic initiative to test a remote, client-facing model with potential future team expansion based on performance. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. - Act as the main point of contact for clients and creators, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met. - Utilize platforms to identify relevant creators, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports. - Establish and maintain strong client relationships in Singapore and Malaysia, fostering effective remote collaboration and trust-building. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders for campaign reviews and updates. - Monitor performance data, analyze campaign effectiveness, and suggest optimization strategies. - Stay updated with influencer marketing trends and emerging platforms. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or campaign management. - Proficiency in influencer platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube. - Strong project management skills for handling multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Comfortable using data tools and campaign dashboards with an analytical mindset. - Excellent communication skills for managing cross-border clients. - Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
