Campaign Management Sr Analyst

You will be working as a Campaign Management Senior Analyst, focusing on managing Multi-Channel Campaign requests for the Pharma industry. Your primary responsibilities will include managing end-to-end campaign processes, ensuring tasks are completed on time and error-free, documenting progress and issues, and ensuring quality standards are met. Additionally, you will be required to follow transaction tracking mechanisms and capture all necessary details on the tracking tool. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage Multichannel Campaign requests received via email/phone/OC - Manage end-to-end Multi-Channel campaign process for the Pharma industry - Deploy emails, Generate Distribution list, Create workflows, Create Test data, Test workflow end to end, and manage calls with project managers - Document progress, issues, and agreements appropriately - Ensure all quality standards are met - Follow transactions/issues tracking mechanism and capture all necessary details on the tracking tool **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in any field - Minimum 3 years of experience in Email/Campaign Management - At least one year of experience in journey creation, configuration, and management - Strong analytical knowledge in the marketing space - Impeccable time management skills - Experience in project and client management is essential - Ability to understand customer needs and requirements - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent customer service skills with experience in customer-facing roles - Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask effectively - In-depth knowledge of Campaign Management Best Practices and trends - Basic knowledge of Database functionality for Campaign Management - Minimum 2 years of working experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) - Knowledge of SQL and JS is desirable.,
