Campaign Management Specialist

Role Overview: You will be designated as a Campaign Management Specialist responsible for managing the Email Campaign Team, ensuring all deliverables are completed with specified quality standards and deployed within timelines. You will also manage team utilization, forecast for future campaigns, handle Email Marketing requests, and communicate with the Onshore team while delegating campaigns and tasks to the Offshore team. Additionally, you will oversee the end-to-end email campaign process for the Pharma industry, perform QA on campaigns for accuracy, and complete tasks such as deploying emails, generating distribution lists, and managing calls with project managers error-free and on time. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Email Campaign Team - Ensure all deliverables meet specified quality standards and timelines - Handle team utilization and forecast for future campaigns - Manage Email Marketing requests via various channels - Communicate with Onshore team and delegate tasks to Offshore team - Oversee end-to-end email campaign process for Pharma industry - Perform QA on campaigns for accuracy - Complete tasks error-free and on time - Document progress, issues, and agreements - Utilize transactions/issues tracking mechanism and tracking tool effectively Qualifications Required: - Graduation - Minimum 5 years of Email Marketing Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience working on MOS products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook - 1 year of experience in journey creation, configuration, and management - Strong analytical knowledge in the marketing space - Impeccable time management and communication skills - Project and Client (Brand team) management experience - Ability to understand customer needs and requirements - Working knowledge of Database for Email Marketing Programmes - Minimum 4 years working knowledge of SFMC - Intimate knowledge of Email Marketing Best Practices and trends,
