Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing camps, health check-up drives, and group outreach activities.
Liaise with doctors, nursing staff, and administrative teams for smooth camp execution.
Identify potential locations, institutions, and corporate partners for conducting camps.
Handle logistics such as transportation, permissions, equipment, and manpower.
Promote camp activities through local networks, digital media, and marketing collateral.
Ensure proper documentation, participant data collection, and post-camp reporting.
Coordinate with vendors for materials, banners, refreshments, and giveaways.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain records of all camp activities.
Assist the marketing team in follow-ups and lead conversion from camp participants.
Maintain good public relations and uphold the hospital's image in all events.

Preferred candidate profile

Any bachelor's degree or related field.
0-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or healthcare camps preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle field assignments.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic report preparation.
Flexibility to travel and work on weekends or early hours, as required for camp schedules.
