💡 About the Role

As a Calling Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role involves reaching out, building relationships, and generating leads for our PCD franchise opportunities. If you enjoy talking to people and turning conversations into business, this role is perfect for you!

🔹 What You’ll Do

Call doctors, chemists, distributors, and potential clients to promote PCD franchise opportunities.

Explain our product range, pricing, and offers in a clear and convincing way.

Build and maintain a strong database of leads and follow up effectively.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful lead conversions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

✨ What We’re Looking For

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Prior telecalling or pharma sales experience preferred, but freshers are welcome!

Skills:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English

Confidence in pitching products and business opportunities

Goal-oriented and motivated personality

Knowledge of PCD Pharma business is a plus but not mandatory.
