Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for both

  domestic and international clients

  .
• Promote company products and services through effective communication.
• Generate and qualify leads via phone calls, emails, and digital marketing platforms.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; follow up to convert leads into business.
• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for smooth execution of campaigns.
• Maintain proper records of client interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, email campaigns, and client correspondence.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and other promotional activities when required.
  

Key Requirements:

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).

• Experience:

  1–3 years

• Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written English for international calling

  .
• Knowledge of

  South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam)

  is a

  big plus

  for

  domestic calling

• Confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or MS Office tools.
