Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller located in Coimbatore. The Caller will be responsible for initiating and receiving calls to and from clients, providing accurate information about properties, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. The Caller will also follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and support the sales team with lead generation activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or call center operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle and resolve client queries effectively
• Basic knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and telephony systems
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in communication or real estate are a plus
