This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Skinfollix Clinic located in New Delhi. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, scheduling appointments, and following up on inquiries. Additionally, the Caller will maintain accurate call logs, provide excellent customer service, and support the clinic’s administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
Customer service experience and ability to handle client inquiries
Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in communication or related field is a plus
Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
