Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in Jaipur. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, following up on leads, maintaining detailed records of call information, and providing client support via phone. The Caller will need to effectively communicate the company's products and services, gather client feedback, and assist in developing new sales strategies. Additionally, the Caller will coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or related field
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate call logs and records
• Ability to follow up on leads and generate sales opportunities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Basic proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or related field is preferred
• Experience in IT or software industry is a plus
