Full Time/Permanent

Role & responsibilities

Support the team by
requesting, retrieving, processing, tracking, and organizing
incoming Medical Records.
Review and verify large volumes of data
in medical records with precision, adhering to Hospital client guidelines and
US State and Federal compliance laws
.
Perform core processes like request logging, assigning, processing,
record retrieval and follow up
, and invoicing follow up.
Retrieve records via
fax, mail, remote electronic medical record access, or onsite visits
.
Perform
quality checks
on all work to ensure document accuracy.
Prioritize workloads to ensure
expedited cases are processed within defined timelines
.
Always
adhere to all HIPAA and confidentiality policies

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication and written skills in English
Good attitude & Interpersonal skills
Basic awareness of Computers is a must and useful skill to operate.
Ability to identify and gather required details to perform the assigned Task.
Should be able to learn from past instances and focus on avoiding repetitive defects.
Should possess intermediate drill down skill to know and ensure to follow-up for a resolution
Stay focused and get more done in less time through prioritizing and scheduling the
tasks.
Should be willing to work on night shifts ( 6 PM to 3 AM ).
Only Immeidate Joiners Preferred .
