Image Furnishers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers & generate leads
  • Explain furniture products, offers & services to clients
  • Follow up on enquiries from website, social media & walk-ins
  • Maintain call records, customer database & daily follow-ups
  • Schedule showroom visits / sales appointments for Sales Team
  • Support marketing campaigns & collect feedback from customers

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in telecalling / customer service
  • Good communication skills in Hindi & fluent English
  • Confident, polite & persuasive calling style
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM entry)
  • Target-oriented and good at follow-ups
