We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecallers– Sales to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers over the phone and convert leads into sales. Key Responsibilities: Call prospective customers and explain products/services Generate leads and follow up on inquiries Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Maintain a database of customer information Handle customer questions and offer product recommendations Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Fluent in [language(s)] Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM systems) Prior sales or telecalling experience is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 16/05/2025
