Call Centre Representative

We are seeking a well-spoken, customer-focused Call Centre Executive to join our Aesthetic Clinic. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, respond to patient inquiries, and provide accurate information about our aesthetic treatments and services. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional patient experience and converting inquiries into confirmed consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding aesthetic treatments, procedures, pricing, and promotions
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments efficiently
• Follow up with leads and existing patients to maximize appointment conversions
• Maintain accurate patient records and call logs in the clinic’s CRM/system
• Provide basic pre- and post-treatment information as per clinic guidelines
• Address patient concerns and escalate complex issues to the clinic manager or medical team
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and booking conversion targets
• Coordinate with front desk, doctors, and therapists for smooth patient flow
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare data policies

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in call centre, healthcare, cosmetic clinic, or hospitality industry
• Experience in appointment booking or tele-sales

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
