🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and managing a brand-new team of call centre agents
• Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
• Driving sales performance by motivating and coaching your team to meet and exceed targets
• Managing a rota-based 40-hour work week to cover UK time zones
• Ensuring exceptional customer service to potential private dental patients
• Reporting on performance metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement
  

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing or supervising in a fast-paced call centre environment
• A strong sales focus with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Excellent English communication – both spoken and written
• Organised, proactive, and confident managing KPIs, rotas, and performance plans
• Previous experience working with UK clients or within the healthcare sector is a plus
