Call Centre Manager

As a Call Centre Manager at PEPUP HR CONSULTING PVT LTD, your role involves managing daily operations, ensuring a smooth flow of outbound calls, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will supervise and coordinate call center agents" activities, monitor call metrics, handle escalations, and collaborate with internal teams for process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily activities of call center agents, ensuring adherence to scripts, processes, and quality standards. - Monitor call metrics like average handling time and take corrective actions when necessary. - Handle escalated calls, resolve issues, and provide a superior level of service. - Provide regular feedback and coaching to call agents to enhance their performance and call handling skills. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and implement strategies for operational excellence. - Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process of new call center agents to align recruitment with operational needs and service standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience. - Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written, in Tamil (mandatory). - Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
