Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily call center operations (two centers)
  • Drive collections performance & target achievement
  • Monitor call quality, productivity & process adherence
  • Coordinate with Collections, Ops & Customer Service
  • Manage referral agencies & vendor performance
  • Ensure timely closure of customer issues & complaints
  • Maintain accurate MIS & reports

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate
  • 8–10 years experience in Call Center / Collections
  • Strong knowledge of call center processes & delinquency
  • Vendor management & MIS skills (Excel proficiency)
  • Good communication & stakeholder management
