Call Centre Executive

We are hiring a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive for our inbound process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and basic technical proficiency to manage day-to-day call center tasks. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a polite and professional manner
• Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Record customer details, issues, and resolutions in MS Office tools
• Maintain call logs, data entries, and daily reports using MS Excel
• Follow company SOPs and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Coordinate with internal departments for quick issue resolution when required
• Maintain a positive, service-oriented approach at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Hindi and Punjabi (local language proficiency is mandatory)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and MS Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas)
• Ability to handle calls professionally and patiently
• Minimum 0–2 years of experience preferred (freshers may also apply)
• Good listening skills and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be punctual, disciplined, and dedicated toward customer service excellence

Pay: ₹11,331.51 - ₹32,748.14 per month
